Some of you probably know that this is not a paella restaurant, but it deserves to be on this list because it has some rather unique but delicious rice-based dishes. The dishes are a bit more expensive than usual, but the reason is because it is located inside the Four Season Casa Medina hotel, one of the most luxurious in Bogotá.
